I have this forum just made for fun. What could you suggest in improving my site. It is very new and there are only 5 members including me. I'm not after the hits but for the learning in managing my own forum.

Here's the link:

In my opinion, too many topics may mean two things - less focus and more room for discussion. The problem is that the former dominates here.

When I meant less focus, I meant that the forum has too many topics to boot. It does pose as an advantage but at its current situation, it looks more like a very inactive forum.

If your forum were focused on one topic and diversified via one topic as well, it might get a boost in popularity. For instance, this forum of ours focuses on webmaster-ing, and is subdivided into its essences. It is focused at a certain market which is webmasters.

Your forum does focus on friends and its diversities, but I think the problem is that it got TOO diverse.

Also, a change of color scheme on the board might help. Using a default PhpBB color code doesn't usually make a lasting impression on a forum.

Just my 2 cents.

Thanks for the great advice! I really do appreciate for your time giving advices to my humble forum. I would take your advice and would lessen it to just a few topics. Anyway, its an experimental forum for me.
