Create another layer. Use rectangular marquee tool to draw a 740 x 86 wide selection, 1 pixel below the header. Use light grey (#D6D6D6) as foreground and white as background color. Fill the selection with the gradient tool.
Also add drop shadow in it.
Draw two lines, one of white color and second of light grey color.
Group & merge these layers and move them as per your requirements to create navigation buttons.
Add some text and custom shapes. Our nav. bar is ready.
