Creating Centrifugal Background

Creating Centrifugal Background for Webpages
Create a new file of 200 x 200 pixel wide and of 72 DPI resolution.
Create a new layer by pressing shift+control+n together.
Change the foreground and background colors to default black and white or simply press 'D'.
Go to Filter>Render>Difference Clouds. Your image should look like this.


Press Control+F for 5 times to have a picture shown below


Now go to Filter>Blur>Radial Blur and give these settings :-
Amount = 100
Blur Method = Spin
Quality = Best


Adjust the Hue/Saturation and Brightness/Contrast to have a final image.
