Select linear gradient to fill the shape.
Click on Inner Shadow checkbox and give the settings as shown in the figure.
Also add little drop shadow in it.
Your image should look like this.
Create another triangular shape with the help of pen tool. Again, adjust the nodes to have a shape like that.
Set # B0EFFF as foreground and # 5DDDFF as background.
Apply these settings to this layer.
