Create  a new file.
  Draw this triangular shape with the help of pen tool.

Adjust the nodes to have a shape like in figure. 

Right click on its layer name. Select blending options and select Gradient overlay.

Create a gradient as shown in the figure.

 

Select linear gradient to fill the shape.
Click on Inner Shadow checkbox and give the settings as shown in the figure.

Also add little drop shadow in it.

Your image should look like this.

Create another triangular shape with the help of pen tool. Again, adjust the nodes to have a shape like that.

Set # B0EFFF as foreground and # 5DDDFF as background.

Apply these settings to this layer.

Press ctrl+j to duplicate this layer. Reduce its size. Select Rounded rectangle tool. Before drawing the shape, click on the paths. Draw a rounded rectangle, right click on the rectangle we just created, select Make selection. Set feather radius to 0 and click ok. Now press delete.

Keep the selection active. Press shift+ctrl+N to create a new layer. Set foreground to white and background to light blue color. Fill it with gradient.

Draw half rounded shape with the help of brush tool.

Your image should look like this.

Now we will create buttons for the image. For that draw an ellipse.

Apply these settings to the  ellipse.



 

 Now, the button should look like this.

Duplicate and rotate this button and place them as shown in the figure.

Type some text of your choice. Our image is ready.
